To be fair, even a massive volcanic eruption doesn’t really affect the climate much. The largest contributors to climate change are water vapor and the sun. Human activity is responsible for a grand total of ONLY about 3% of ALL greenhouse gasses released in the atmosphere, only a fraction of which is actual CO2. Volcanoes are responsible for slightly less than that. I mean, NASA has confirmed that water vapor, which mankind has no control over whatsoever, is right there next to the sun as the 2 largest contributors to any climate change we experience.

Anyway, who would think of that. That great big ball of hot gasses in the sky we call our sun actually gives off heat as well as light, lol. The activity of the sun certainly does have a lot to do with our climate. That’s why Venus and Mars are experiencing the same type of climate change we are.
